2 members of the security were just down right rude so I reported them to NIB staff right in front of them.. First for being abusive to an 75 yr old fan for taking time to climb some stairs and myself for having 1 foot in a no standing area while I waited for a friend..Their attitude was so rude..

I often use the security staff at NIB as examples to my boys as what becomes you if you don't try at school and spend all your spare time in your room playing x-box - thick as pig shit, gormless and no social skills
I have often had cause to complain about their attitude but the stadium management are just as bad, especially now it is under Venues West
