THE Western Force is heading for a disastrous Black Friday opening to this season's Super 14 competition.
The game against the BLues on biggest attraction of the year.
But as the side prepares for its best chance yet of a finals spot, figures show crowds could be deserting them. And Force management is blaming the appalling conditions for watching rugby at Subiaco Oval.

The problem is they can view through a rectangle via FOXSPORTS... I sure there will be a rush on ticket sales in the week prior to the match...

The commit now ad was an Internet only ad - I'm yet to see anything on FTA or bill boards

They better start upgrading MES tomorrow then.
If only they listened to the people last year already this would not have been an issue.

Advertising budget a bit tight. Still lots of us on holidays, too. There'll be a good crowd for the Blues. The MES game was a bit slow in early ticket sales and poorly promoted too wasn't it?

Nova 93.7 spent the weeks leading up to the trial game plugging the game before the news every 30 mins

But getting back the Gerry's earlier post, that could have substance. I know that I used to get my tickets to the Glory (before I became a member) at the gate as I knew I would be able to. If I didn't renew my Force membership I would do the same for the Force

Unless RugbyWA fund the upgrade to MES themselves I don't see how this comment is fair
