We now have a larger allocation of seats - everyone listed below as allocated or wait listed will get the number of seats requested. Time to start confirming your seats and bus tickets! If you are niot listed, and wish to join our mob - reply to this thread! First come, First Served, please state the minimum number of tickets you would require to confidently say you will join us and also the number of tickets you would actually like if this is different.

I will be seeking money for these in the next 2 weeks (today is Friday November 21st)

Western Force -v- Crusaders, Members Equity Stadium, Friday 23rd January 2009, 8:00PM Kick off

We initially have 40 seats - these have now been allocated to those listed in bold below. We are still taking expressions of interests as we will be able to secure more seats in a contigious block - we're just unsure at the moment whether they will be along side the initial block of seats we have.

Early this year an intrepid troupe of TWFers got a group of seats together in the "Gold" section infront of the grand stand to watch the Western Force -v- Reds pre-season game at Members Equity Stadium - it was a fantastic position. (There are some photos HERE, HERE, and HERE which will give you an idea of how close we were to the action)

We should (read: we have secured some - but I don't have them in my hands) be able to secure a group of seats in the same place, but numbers are limited. As such we may only be able to have 1 or 2 tickets per member depending on numbers.

This years pre-season match against the Reds had Pre-Booked prices at $20 - General, $30 - Gold (in front of Grand Stand) and $40 - Grandstand. I would expect prices to be similar. When I make the call for funds, I trust there will be a prompt reponse from those going - so put the money aside now if you have to.

Please express your interest here including the minimum number of tickets you would require to confidently say you will join us and also the number of tickets you would actually like if this is different. For example: If you and the hubby want to go with your 8 mates, but you'd be willing to dump the mates to join the TWF block you would want a minimum of 2 tickets, but would like 10 if you can get them.

Please also express you interest in catching a party bus to / from pre/post match

I believe junior prices only apply for general admission - not for Gold or Grandstand...

does anyone know anything more about the possible pre-season match between the Force and Reds, i think this year it will be played in Brisbane though?

it will be, it is the week after the Force vs Crusaders, thats what todays paper here said. I dont think they gave a venue either

its in one of the articles on the QRU website, all season ticket holders get "free entry to the proposed match against the Western Force at Ballymore"
