Now its the Cry-Nations as Jake blames ref

Just spent an enjoyable half hour reading game reports in Bokke press.
    Here a few pearlers.
Jake said; I thought Paul Honiss blew poorly tonight.Im not one to blame referees for losses, but tonight he made big calls early and then it was catch-up rugby for us,( sounds Kaplanesk to me).Courtesy sundaytimes.com.za

There was nothing positive that could be taken from an aimless, desultory performance that is sure to rebound on coach Jake White as the ill-conceived pursuit of his personal objectives will be held to have side-tracked the Boks preparation and concentration. This spray was under the nice heading of;Boks slide to shameful defeat. To put things into perspective, this damming summation is from sarugby.co.za

The blow torch is coming into play.
Start packing your bags Jake and yeah all the best for the All Blacks match.

Sundays are great when your team wins! Go

I agree frontrow, he was consistent, balanced and didn't determine the outcome or dominate the game, that's all I ask for in a Ref.
    A good job for mine

You can't blame 49 points on the ref. I think Aus got away with quite a bit of hands in the ruck, but come on, 49-0... refs fault?

Chuck Norris has the greatest Poker-Face of all time. He won the 1983 World Series of Poker, despite holding only a Joker, a Get out of Jail Free Monopoly card, a 2 of clubs, 7 of spades and a green #4 card from the game Uno.

Quote of the day surely from SMIT:

Smit was as belligerent, arguing that "every time we put them under pressure we were pinged for offside. Every time we put our hands in the ruck we were pinged. So it must have been a great time to play for the Australian side tonight".

    (Rugbyheaven.com.au)

    So I say:

    16.4 OTHER RUCK OFFENCES

    (b) Players must not handle the ball in a ruck.
    Penalty: Penalty Kick

    (laws of Rugby)

Mr Smit, if you don't want to be "pinged for hands in the ruck every time you put your hands in there", don't.

Otherwise it will be a great time to play for any side playing the Springboks...
