You can't edit once submitted, but if you vote more than once, only the last vote will count (previously submitted nomination will be deleted automatically).

I just have to work on getting the info back out into readable form

Dear Lord, if you give us back Johnny Cash, we'll give you Justin Bieber.

OK, I've had time and Darren's poll to think about this and I'm prepared to go with
    1 Pekka
    2 Cheese (by a nose)
    3 Kieran
4 John Welborn (Who can forget the Mayor)
    5 Sharpie
6 Hodgo (we forget that he was a bloody good 6 when Pocock was our 7.....needed to shif him to get Pocock in the team)
7 Bam Bam (Not the current hippy flower child, the boy monster who used to rip peoples arms out of their sockets and still had a running game)
8 the Big Dog (Brownie didn't even rate a mention in my team... that's how good our backrows have been
9 Mathewson (I didn't want to put Prior in, since he's a benchrider, but Chucky stannard and Chrisso don't really make that grade)
10 Jimmy Hilgendorf - Forget Brock James, Matt Giteau or any of those other fancy boys....Jimmy was the best flyhalf we have ever had.
11 The Badge - who else?
12 Matt Giteau (If John Mitchell had the stones to keep him at 12 we would have been a far better team IMHO)
13 Spanner (Has the heart to play anywhere in the backline and Giteau is more lively at 12)
    14 Dave Smith
15 Cam Shepherd (just shading Jayden Hayward)

    16 Taipan
17 Boof Hardy the try scoring machine
18 PAE, we didn't see the best of this boy
19 Adam Coleman, we ARE seeing the best of this one
    20 Steve Mafi, 5, 6 & 8, how can you ignore that!
21 the Chuckster, again for versatility, Chrisso for heart
22 Jayden Hayward, to cover the outside backs catching the high ball and kicking in general play
23 James O'Connor, because he's a jack of all trades, (except 10, which Chucky can do) best spot....wing

I've had a quick manual look at the forwards as voted here on TWF. Not a lot of votes, but they almost all say the same thing!

    Get your nomination in: http://twf.com.au/totd.php

... I'm thinking of revamping this to team of the year - ie. who TWF folk think should have been taking the field each week this year...

I think the lock-ins are Pek Cowan, Kieran Longbottom, Nathan Sharpe, Matt Hodgson, David Pocock, Ben McCalman, Alby Matthewson, Matt Giteau, Nick Cummins and Cameron Shepherd. Fill in your team around those guys.

Wow, that was a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.

(the hardest part was deciding to play Hodgo out of position at 6)
