Deans doesn't have a plan b - have you ever seen his Wallabies change their game-plan mid-match?

Even changing the game-plan from one match to another seems beyond him; you can play exactly the same way if, like the ABs, your plan A is pretty much unstoppable, but everyone else should have a variety of tactics for different situations/opponents. Deans has been found out (remember Samoa & Ireland last year) and why he got his contract renewed really baffles me.
