    Can't see Ripia taking running the ball much either, but if Barnes won't run much and all that Carter and Cross can do is run straight, then it will make them much easier to defend against. I can see the Tahs trying to grind this one.

    I agree with Muddie, too, on Burgess' darting runs. Got to stop him in his tracks immediately. He's the most dangerous backline runner they've got close to the ruck. Close down his running options and all he can do is pass, badly, which hopefully would feed into making Carter, Cross and Barnes even worse at their respective roles.

    Sharpie needs to pre-warn the ref that the Tahs will try and hold players off the fringes of the ruck to give Burgess running space.
