Whilst perusing these forums for the past year or so I've come to notice that most of you lead some boring unfulfilled lives going about your daily routines like cows parading in a paddock. I'm now offering my advice on life, love and lifting and protein intake. the three Ls.

You must ask yourself if your wifes opinion really matters this much to you. If it does try adding thyme to your meatballs, I've never met a sheila who doesn't like thyme.

Like action hardcore, she likes protein and from what I've read in the tabloids your meatballs are packed full of protein.

Action brand protein shakes are thebest tasting in my opinion, I recomend one before bed, one at 0300 and one when you wake up. Then take one every hour on the hour, any more than that and your over doing it.

I take it you like a drink? am i right? Up your protein intake and life will be more splendid then you ever imagined...

I'm no computer expert, buy him some weights instead and build his aesthetics so he can pull chicks at the same rate as his hero action hardcore.
