Western Force Super 14 Senior Coach John Mitchell already under a cloud with the board of RugbyWA has admited to having a desire to coach soccer when his current contract has expired. 'I just love the way the game is played, the tactics used by a team like Manchester United for example are similar to top level Rugby Union' he said, 'I have been to a few Glory games and the fans there are very warm and seem to have lots of fun, a great atmosphere all round really'.

With speculation rife that Mitchell is under pressure before the season has started along with the uncertainty of Western Force playmaker Matt Giteau staying put, perhaps local Soccer could gain from the drama at Western Force headquarters.

JM is the best coach in all of S14, who is gonna do amazing things over here. If any player doesn't respect him then they can go play for someone who lets their players chuck hissyfits about being told what's what. If there is a whole bunch of boys who have a problem, then it should be taken into consideration. However, that is NOT your nosy business, so apologise soon please.

Giteau is gonna do the RIGHT THING and honour his contract with WF and Aus.
