.... i dont see why they cant re-develop MES now and upgrade the public transport to and from it so people wont need to drive there.

the trains are actualy pretty good to mebersn equity... i always catch the train to east perth and walk.. but claisbrook is about the same distance.. also if you drive.. the car parking down at perth terminal is fee.. and there is loads of it..

thats it, it's only a 5 minute walk to the MES from Claisebrook/McIver train stations and theres planty of free parking around if you know where it is (the Perth Terminal is always good )
