It'll be interesting to see how he performs on a week-in/week-out basis.

I'd say he'd do OK with jets like he's got and some decent coaching.

well to be honest the standard of coaching in zim isnt half bad at club level but the problem is trying to keep attendance up, there is just no incentive to keep the talent over there. I also think that Zee's stint in the svens code would have done him a lot of good.

Yes, good luck to him. A point on why he went to France, he says he wants to play a flowing game and aviod the forwards (10 man) game of England.
Perhaps is England had more people like him, and Robinson, they'd play more expansive.
the skilled players are there in the UK, just not quite enough

Don't mistake what I'm saying there Zim, I'm bagging English coaching, not Zim coaching.

He was obviously exposed to the club game in Zimbabwe, and someone convinced him to stick with rugby rather than taking a shot at athletics. That would've been a reasonable decision with a 10.5 100. I would also give some kudos to the american coaches who've had him in their care. Natural talent counts for a bit, but someone has to give him a game plan where he can show that talent off. He'll get that in France, he wouldn't see the ball in England because (AFAIK) he's not a kicker.
