My personal vote is to have a bunch of people hanging around outside the gates of subiaco on match day with balloons and petition sheets. Give a balloon and a TWF card to the kids while daddy and mummy sign the petition. If we get enough rolling up to man each gate, we're likely to nab up to 30000 signatures per match aren't we. Even if we don't get everyone, we could easily count on 10000 after the first match.

So who's in, I'll organise balloons and pumps!

I know I may have been keen to get this petition going ASAP, and I would love to be involved during the first game at home, but unfortunately I have family coming from RSA and will be busy on that day up north!! I am supremely sorry since I have been a stoker of this fire. But I do hope it goes ahead, is thee anyway to include a petition on here?? Say like as a thread?? I need to get my name on a petition somehow!! Bring on the petition!! Sorry for the let down on my comitment!

No other sport WILL use the stadium Jargs!

Thats wont surprise me, it will have Multi-Purpose capabilities but in AFL season even if they switch it around all it will take is one soft AFL player injuring themselves, even if its only a stubbed toe or a grazed knee we will see the end of it because the AFL will pressure whoever is runing the satdium in the interests of safety.

Actuaklly it didnt surprise me one little bit. Thier just trying to sell it as "Mulit-purpose" so that they dont upset minimum 50% of the community. Our glorious premier Alan Carpenter and the State Minister for AFL...........i mean sport John Kobelke are scum bags who are just looking after the best interests of their sport and their teams.
