There would probably need to be some rule in place to have the squad being eleven from each nation or at least four from either to avoid the ANZAC XV being the AB XV like with Bacons list.
Certainly be hard to argue against an all NZ XV on the last twelve months record!
I'll have a crack at one tomorrow.
