I'm massively sad to be losing Zack. Don't think he deserved to get stuck behind Sias this season. Think we would have left fewer points on the field this year if he'd been our place kicker. Hope he gets better exposure in France and comes back stronger for the experience.

Ah man, hate to see a WA player go.
Japan and the Pacific Islands for Aussie Super 9's!
Let's have one of these in WA! Click this link: Saitama Super Arena - New Perth Stadium?
I notice Pek had on social media yesterday a pic of him, Sammy and ex player (centre) Josh Tatupu say "one brother leaves and another is back". I wonder if "back" means back in the team??

He hasn't exactly set the world alight; 13 matches (6 starts) and 3 tries in 3 years for us, 14 matches (9 starts) in a year at Castres, 19 matches (12 starts) and 4 tries in 2 years at Exeter and 48 matches (39 starts) and 3 tries in 2 years at Carcassonne in D2.
Plus, he's played for Samoa since leaving us - he'd require a marquee spot, wouldn't he? (Or does the Olympic ruling allowing switching of countries still stand?) Someone scoring 3 tries in 2 years at D2 isn't worth a marquee spot.

Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.
Word from HQ is that Josh is not returning to the Force, perhaps "just visiting"

Unnamed Sauces have advised that Sias has be "released" to seek other options for next year and once an official decision made he will be "officially released" from the actual contract he has with Force.

Wow hope they have some other options lined up with zach off as well..
My guess is Luke Burton will play fly half for Perth Spirit in an effort to cement the starting spot for Force next year unless we manage to secure a better option.

Burton, plus IIRC Jono Lance said he wanted to play 10 as well.
Maybe they've got some future signing up their sleeve, or will give some local a chance in the NRC

Wow! Wonder if Zack knew about Sias leaving before he signed for La Rochelle?!
