Former Wallabies captain Rocky Elsom has played his last game in Australia.
The injured Waratah is set to announce a two-year deal with Japanese side Kobe Steel soon.
A shoulder injury will keep the breakaway out of the Waratahs' final two matches of the season and the Steelers don't expect the 29-year-old to play until October. And Elsom won't just be turning out for Kobe; the Japanese rugby giants are set to allow Elsom to play in Europe between January and July next year and 2014.

Good luck and enjoy playing in different countries,with different cultures, clubs and people. These will be two way learning opportunities for everyone.
Does anyone know how and why the ARU gave him special dispensation tokay in Europe and still have Wallaby selection?
