Baysies vs Kala
Not sure about the 18's and the 20's but I think Baysies won both
Baysies 3rds lost against Kala
The baysies seconds lost against Kala
When I left it was very even between the 2 first grade sides,
at half time I think Baysies was leading with a conversion
Well, at least Palmyra didn't lose today ...

OK lads, what was the outcome of the Scratch Matches yesterday?
Did Wests do a Lazerus?
Did Soaks kick the daylights out of Neddies as they have done fairly regularly over the past decade?
Did Rockingham put Cottesloe through the mangles?
Did Perth remain in front after Kala put their actual first team on in the second half?
Who knows what evil lurks in the hearts of men? The Shadow knows.
C'mon guys, spill your guts!
Didn't anyone watch or play in the games? What happened?
Whoever wrote the little article in the Super Rugby liftout today detailing that Perth will have the dominant forward pack obviously did not watch their trial on Saturday
Then tell us the true story ...

Just read the article in the West.
Half the Perth pack is still to arrive from NZ isn't it?
You may still have to quake in your boots at the awesome power yet to be unleashed on you, Kala Fan.
Yeah i read it as well, one of the names in there i don't recognise so maybe he is still yet to arrive and another only played in one trial match and hasnt been seen since (maybe he's gone to uni??). I don't know about a dominant pack but the game on the weekend definately was a good showing of 2 very strong packs!
C'mon guys, as I am based in Sydney this forum is about the only way to find out what happened in the weekend games. What ahppened between neddies and soaks? Did Kala dump Perth? Help me out.
The Kala vs Perth game was a close one with Kalamunda finishing off strongly to post a win in the end! Was a good, fast, free flowing game which was played in front of a pretty decent crowd. If the pre season games are anything to go buy i think kickers could play an important role this year as field position and conversions/penalties seem to be deciding the games. Also whoever scores the luck of getting any force players in their squad should have a decent advantage
Palmyra firsts and seconds attended a fairly intense team building day at a centre somewhere in Byford. The usual stuff, flying fox, rock climbing, leap of faith, rope descents, etc.
Apparently it was very well attended, and the guys said at training last night that they really enjoyed it.
Hopefully it will do some good.
how many cartons did they get through in the post session debrief, fulvio?
