I think it quite obvious TOCC that the answer to all of the above is yes. as a matter of fact the only player to be playing for any state other than the state of his birth to have NOT been rejected is Matt Giteau, the "Special Case" who is the only player ever stolen heinously from an adoring public by an evil coalition of Peter O'Meara and Tim 'Firepower' Johnston. this travesty of all that is right in world rugby should be rectified because the Brumbies were committing the entire planet's resources to Matt and it's obvious that the Western Force employed Psychological warfare to weaken his resolve.
