I didn't watch the Brumbies game, so can't comment on their performance.

I saw the Reds and Warratahs games. The Reds were pretty bad and had no standout players.

The Tahs game was a comedy of errors. Can't believe we let them beat us.

Did think Palu was better than Hodgson. But then again, I am sometimes guilty of not noticing the guys making the tackles and turnovers at rucks etc....so maybe Hodgson had like 50 tackles and played a great game etc...and I just didn't notice it.

But I'm not complaining. There have been too many deserving players left out of the side in favour of Tah players all year. So it is about time they have a stint on the sidelines.

Player of the round: PHIL WAUGH. The Waratahs skipper provided the required captains game in the wet to give the visitors a sniff of victory.

Try of the round: CAMERON SHEPHERD. Outstanding solo try by the Force fullback which included several kick throughs and a mad dash before scoring.

Didn't Turkey play FB this week?

I had the Tahs game on while doing school work so I wasn't paying 100% attention to it, but what I didn't see was Tuqiri doing anything. Yeah, he got that try but it wasn't exactly the try of the century.

Haylet-Petty played better than him.

And how do none of the Force forwards get in? The Hurricanes were inside our 22 for 30 minutes and only managed two tries. Surely one of our forwards had a key role in that???

I do suppose Shif moved to FB when Latham went off, but still.
