it's been good watching the very international french top quator now that is back on fox.

but is any one else find the stumbling pommie commentator grating?
he sounds like a nice bloke though. he would be a nicer bloke if he did not oooh arrrr ummm all over my rugby viewing.

Nah the player went to the 50m line to take the line out but the commentator said "you can't do that you can only take a scrum in the middle".

In saying that I'd hate to do their job and can't say I could do it any better. Besides I swear way to much when watching rugby. Bill Mclaren was simply the best ever.

actually it's when he gets all tongue tied that makes me laugh or anoyed (depending how my day has been). ~laughs~

it is often quite good hearing the comments of the player he has with him in the box..

He makes some cock-ups all right. Sonny Boy Williams was a good 'un for a while last year. What happened to the french dude?.... "And now 'Enjack picks erp za borrrl from za back of ze screrm." The accent was pretty full on but his knowledge of the French game was excellent.
