Haha perhapsBut I guess that sort of feeds into my point. If it is part of a bigger and better strategy of affirmative action then I still think they're going the wrong way about it.

Why don't they do what the Kiwis have been doing for years, and organise a Black team along the same lines as the maori teams, everyone knows that the maori teams are very competitive and up to a high standard, yet we all know that it is not the pinnacle.
Why can't they promote this as an alternative which in turn will act as a stepping stone to the national team...
Just a thought....
