I don't know the ins and outs of how the Club system works, but I would have thought a a good sign and a good effort by Bunbury to take out a couple of lower Grades?

I'm pretty sure Bunbury only have two teams, so their "firsts" are in the 4th grade and their "seconds" are in 6th grade. So they had a clean sweep, relatively speaking! I know not how they came to be in 4ths & 6ths, but I think there's no elevation or relegation, so they'd be in 4ths & 6ths next year. Unless RWA make the big call and invite them up.

...and Joondalup's and ARKS' "firsts" are in 3rd grade - and they played off in the GF. So the "minor" clubs are going well.

No Burgs it's not good that Bunbury won! They beat Uni in 6th grade.

Bit unfortunate really... played them in the first final and flogged the pants off them with a full strength team. Sadly the final was held on a Sunday and 3of the backline are all brothers and are Mormons so can't play on Sunday. Also another 3 went to the world cup. So Uni pretty much had no backline.

    Such a shame.

Joseph Smith obviously aint no Uni supporter.

And how dare they chose the piddling World Cup over the fabulous sixth grade premiership? No esprit de corps these Uni bods. I bet they went with the dastardly Wobbers.

Took a while to filter through but WIN TV had about three minutes of footage and interviews on the Bunbury victories tonight!
