I'm confused about the whole reputation thing. On the home page it says that my rep power is 7, but when I look at last reputation recived, it says I have 41 points total. How does that work? Also, do the green things under the box of information below your avatar have anthing to do with reputation? And how come Burgs's last green thing is a slightly different shade of green?

It's a complex formula that Coach & Burgs worked up one night over a bottle of Bundy's. We may never figure it out.

The green dots reprasent teh reputation someone has - lots of green boxes is good.

In people's posts on the left hand side is their avatar and extra info - at the bottom are a few small icons, one of these is a set of scales - click on this to add (or detract) from someones reputation.

You reputation power represents how you can affect someone else's reputation. If you have a low power, and give someone positive reputation, they will receive a small increase, big power will give them a big increase.

You gain reputation power by a number of factors, including time registered with TWF, post count, your own reputation level, how often you give others reputation feedback...

By the way, when/if you are dishing some Rep out, and if you want the person to know who has given it to them, you need to put your name in the message otherwise it will be anonymous.
