A Chance to be in a Wallaby Lineout/Open Training Session with the Wallabies

WALLABY OPEN TRAINING SESSION IN PERTH – BE THE ‘BEST IN GOLD’ AND WIN A LINEOUT WITH THE BIG BOYS

The Wallabies will host a public training session at Rugby Park, Perry Lakes on Tuesday 5 June from 3pm to 5pm ahead of their Test against Fiji at Subiaco Oval on Saturday 9 June.

If you want to win a lineout with the Wallabies simply attend the open training session dressed in your best Wallaby Gold and you will be in the running. One lucky supporter (dressed in their best Gold kit) will be chosen from the crowd and will be lifted in the lineout.

Players will be training and then signing autographs, so make sure you arrive early!

Considering some of the shirt sizes mentioned in the TWF shirt thread I'm worried but should be hilarious to watch

What happens if you don't have Wallaby Gold? How about if I turn up in a kilt & Scotland jersey....reckon they'll let me play?!

A kilt, worn the traditional way, might scare the kiddies if an unfortunate breeze arrived during the lift for the lineout!

Read the fine print, it says "Second prize get lifted by the Wallaby lineout, First prize get lifted by the Force lineout"

Thought I would revisit this as it is happening today - no update on what Jedi Knight will be wearing but we shall go and take a camera

Unfortunately, your trip with a camera hoping to get a glimpse of the Jedi haggis will be a fruitless one.....I'll be drinking a Bloody Mary (or maybe G&T) at 35,000ft courtesy of Singapore Airlines as I wing my way back to the old country.

I don't know about scaring the kiddies if a funny breeze blew up, but what about the poor bloody lifters, wouldn't they be disturbed if Jedi wore his kilt...

By the sound of things Singapore Airlines are the only thing likely to give Jedi a lift today -even they can't do 35,000 ft - don't know if the Wallabies will be happy to hear that or not

It won't matter, the lineout ball won't get anywhere near you to catch it.
