what / where is Brittania ?

Brittania is on the leederville side of the freeway, north of leederville...If you are on the freeway going north Lake Monger is on your right, if you look left there is a lot of playing fields, this is Brittania...There is a pedestrian overpass nearby and good public transport, and the Leederville entertainment district to the south, and the Paddington Ale House to the north...
And there is a soccer field/small stadium also next to the premises i think...
These are all positive attributes in my opinion, but there must be some reason why it hasn't been seen as a suitable site...Parking would be a nightmare i guess, opposition from residents and WAJRU perhaps, i can only guess really...

It's also where all the juniors play rugby every Saturday morning...

Juniors also now play in Wanneroo at Scenic Drive am sure that a lot of the SOR parents could cope with a venue closer to them - perhaps a good excuse to have finals at RugbyWA or something - there is always a way if peps are willing

It would be cheaper if you went halves with Tony Sage. I'd wager he would like a world class rectangular stadium for his little side project.
