    This would be my bench, but realistically the bench like starting lineup would be tailormade to beat the team I was playing:

    And you are right thinking about my starting lineup I'd swap Mitchell with Shepard. In my 30 man squad there is no room for Lote. As for Barnes and Beale I'd play them late in the 2nd half against "minnow" teams to blood them only they aren't ready for the big leagues yet.
