Sports Ears at WF vs Blues - Referee only option still had fox commentary

    Hey guys,

Using my nifty set of Sports Ears for tonights game, had them on 'referee only' and for some reason I could still hear the fox commentary at about a quarter of the referee volume. Anyone have similar issues (is it the broadcasted signal?) or is my unit packing it in already?

Actually, I should qualify what I said above first, it wasn't doing it loud enough to listen to them (you mentioned "at about a quarter") though there was a background noise of what was obviously the Fox team.
Not loud enough to be an issue then, though it may have changed by now.

I had that last night, too, and the reception was pretty lousy all game. It kept dropping out as if there were interference. Have never had that before.
However, given the quality of what I was listening to, it wasn't a great loss. I should have just listened to the radio!

Yeah, i've used my mum's a fair bit. Happens to us too.

The frequencies they all run on are probably very close together, and therefore they will cross.. and you'll hear something when you're meant to be hearing something else. Same thing with your radio. If you put your radio on 94.6 you'll still be able to hear 94.5, just not as well.

    Thanks Blue,

Blake did brilliantly yesterday with 8 after-match Interviews with players - I think most fans increasingly enjoyed that segement of the show.

You do interviews after the match? Why haven't you told us about this before, David? I'd have loved to listen to these segments after the game. Ah well, will just have to wait until next season!
