    Chris O'Young on 90.5FM pre-match

    Hi All,

As you are now aware Matt Henjak and Matt Giteau are both out of the Reds game.

Chris O'Young has been interviewed by 90.5 for the preview.

He joins Eddie Jones, John Mitchell and Nathan Sharpe as part of the 90.5 preview which starts around 6.15.

We're taking the first half of the Storm v Wests NRL game then building up to the Force game.

Thanks for the great response to last weeks Talkback. Please feel free to call us on 9418 7700, and if you're on a mobile just leave your number and we'll call you back.

    Thanks,

As soon as we heard the news we responded, and Chris O'Young seems really fired up for the game.

Personally I'm optomistic that with O'Young and Hilgendorf both keen to impress we'll still have too much for the Reds.

    Thanks Gerry,

I've sent you an email in regards to tomorrow asking for the phone number to call you.

We'll be chatting to Gerry about the Canberra trip so we can get as many Force fans across there sitting together as possible. Gerry will tell you more on 90.5 in the pre-match.

Yes Gerry, we'll be live from the stadium for every game until the end of the season.

I'll be travelling to every game, and it would be good to chat to you on the program in Canberra, we'll get that arranged.

And yes it means we're live too in Christchurch and Hamilton as well, so if you see me walking around in my 90.5 shirt be sure to say hello, and even more important, feel free to buy me a beer!

    sounds fair.

Can I also remind everyone about the Talkback which will continue until at least 9.30.

After a match there's always so much to talk about so give us a call on 9418 7700.

Also I've been asked by 90.5 to remind you that we've still got space for more sponsors - the coverage we're undertaking is the most expensive by any Australian Radio station for Super 14.

We're happy to do it as we believe in the product we're offering and feel certain it's the way to go. Any company that sponsors us not only gets exposure for their product but also supports our vision.

90.5 is the only Australian station since the expansion to guarantee to broadcast every game played in Australia and New Zealand on site.

    Commercial over!!

I can't wait for the match.

I'm beginning to see a pattern emerging.

The subjects of our pre-match Interviews end up as try scorers in the match.

    Lions:- Gareth Hardy
    Hurricanes:- Cameron Shepherd
    Reds:- Chris O'Young

I think 3 out of 4 is a pretty good return!!

We'll have the audio from this weeks show up on the 90.5 site after the weekend. It includes the O'Young Interviews a feature reflecting the views of Nathan Sharpe and John Mitchell and an Interview with Eddie Jones.

I think we should vote on it - I was thinking Drew Mitchell but we did him live after the final whistle yesterday and he spoke very well, as did Brendan Cannon.

Perhaps Junior or Digby would be good.

I think seeing as you've contributed to 90.5 you'll be allowed 2 votes Gerry - thanks for yesterday you spoke very well.
