AuldCodgers Intro/Waratahs Game

[Auldcodgers]

Hi fellow diehards,

The Auldcodgers are a bunch of hasbeens who live by the motto "the older we are the better we were!" or is it "the drunker we get the better we were" either way the Western Force provide us with the excuse to recant exagerated Rugby stories and generally re-live our love of the game.

Three of us have scored enough points with our wives to allow us to escape to Sydney for the Waratahs game. If any other diehards are also going over can they post which watering hole they are going too pre or post game. We could then possibly meet up and share a couple of beers and some tall stories.

I believe i understand auldcodger, TEF, and welcome aboard mate...I too have begun to tell tales of my past rugby exploits, and i am now surprisingly able to sprout tall stories at the drop of a hat...But alas, my future wifes points system is too complicated and has a variety of traps which incur negative results, therefore resulting in my not being able to make the journey east, and as the lads know all to well, even local Force games come under her control, leaving me to cry into my pint at opportunities wasted....
That said, have fun and enjoy your journey, as i am sure our Innforcers will also...
