Henjak had a great game a deserves praise, he walked round the stadium over the sign boards very close to the fans and I went right up to the fence and told him he had a great game and he really appreciated it. Well done Yak!

You could see the that when he came out onto the field he seemed more comfortable with the spotlight off him with Giteau, Cross and Mitchell. So hopefully he will live up to the potential.

I thought Henjak had a great game, but I'm sure the folks who watched on Fox would have got a better picture of just how good a game he had. I hope the Henjakophobes chill out a bit now...

Good on you, Shaun. Yes, I was pretty happy with his game, too, not just for the team and his own confidence, but also for the damping effect it should have on the pursuit of Henjak-bashing. Perhaps The Big I is right about the pressure of the spotlight.

...and as I said I would in another thread, I now praise him.

Hopefully this is now his springboard/stepping stone to continual improvement and a return to a Wallaby jersey.

Onya Yak, we all knew you could do it.

Now, if you could have a word to Drew for us...

I think he looked a lot more relaxed and comfortable than he did at any time last season and it resulted in his best game for the Force
I trust his critics from last year will get off his back and surely playing like that each week will see him in France with the Wallabies

I thought he played well, I think the fact Giteau was with him was a big help.

Very true Egan, the matts are just about the only pair in the backline who have played together for large amount of time.

i thought henjack stood up well last nite , i was dissapointed in hilgendorfs kicking game ,many times we found ourselves stretched chasing after his aimless hoofs into nowhere land ,giteau needs to get back to that spot ,the australia selectors must be freaking that he will get injured before the season is done the way he was throwing himself about ,,,as for the ref ,if anyone should know about equality it should be him , unfortunately with the retirement of the best sth african refs we have to put up with that because of the sake of being neutral ,,,give us a australian or NZ ref ,,we dont care .

I thought chookwank (henjak) played his best game for the force so far, I think people will definetly give him more support now, i agree with you chilli the ref was pretty poor. I think/hope we can bounce back for a decent season after friday though...

I thought Henjak played his best game in blue last night - I think even more will come with more exposure to the backline with gitts - overall pleasing
He simplified his game more on friday night and i thought that it was Gitts who was actually trying too much.

hopefull the forwards will give him a better platform next week

Good on you Henjak i thought he had a strong game. The Force are now playing a more expanse game instead of in close which is giving Yak a better feel for the game which shows as i believe he is improving with every game. Remember Force fans he is one of us stop the negatives and give out some positives for our man "YAK "

I thought he was good one of the best games he has had. Thoughts on Cross?
Surely on that performance rthere are better Union players out there?

Cross shows the other team what he is going to do. He also runs with the ball in one hand so he can't pass...
