Bridge would be a great get but needs to be as well at Potter not instead.

I am a big Cron fan and think he should get more time with this team but Michael Chieka is moving back to Australia with no job and is a proven winner, could be tempting for the higher powers to make a play for him to come over here?

I agree, I hope this signing is in addition to Potts, he will be in demand from over east no doubt, I take a little comfort in the knowledge that he was a (adopted) Victorian, so to the best of my knowledge, he doesn't have the connection to NSW or ACT.

Are there any SR locks off contract? I'd say the Swain / Williams combo has been one of the most effective in the comp this year, but they both put in big minutes this season and with Carts retiring, there is at least one set of oversized boots to fill.

We've Lopeti Faifua, and Will Harris is 195 cm (so only ~3 cm shorter than Williams) so he could get pressed into service in the second row in an emergency.

George is a bit different, started 14 /18 times for Montpellier this season and scored 3 tries. Recommended by Leon McDonald apparently and only 30 years old. Has 54 Super caps and 7 all black caps
