Come on boys, we can't be claiming favouritism to win the title in February with next to no runs on the board.

I much prefer us to be underdogs. After all, we beat Moana by 1 point, the Reds beat them by 20, so the Reds must be 20 times better than us!
Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the moon
The game was played in driving rain….Reds norm so give Moana 18 for that …… so only 1 more than us …. ???
Reesjan Pasitoa is set to make his long-awaited return for the Western Force having been named in the side’s 23-player team list for Saturday’s Culture Round clash with the Queensland Reds.
The Force will host the Reds from 4:35pm WST on Saturday at HBF Park as part of Culture Round when the SMARTECH Super Rugby Pacific competition unites to celebrate the diverse cultures connected by the game of rugby.
Pasitoa is one of two changes to the Force starting XV, with the midfielder set to play his first Super Rugby game since Round 15 2022, dating back 1,007 days.
The former Australia Schoolboys rep and Perth Bayswater product missed the 2023 season with an ACL injury, followed by elbow and shoulder injuries in 2024.
Experienced lock Sam Carter also comes into the starting side, with Sio Tomkinson and Jeremy Williams ruled out due to head injury protocols.
Vaiolini Ekuasi and Atu Moli are both named among the finishers after missing last weekend’s 45-42 win over the Brumbies in Canberra.
Nic White and Reed Prinsep will co-captain the side in Williams’ absence. Scrum-half Issak Fines-Leleiwasa is named among the reserves for his 50th Super Rugby game.
Tickets are available now via Ticketmaster. View our gameday info article for all the FAQs.

Big loss with Jezza out. Time to step up for the captain.
Pasitoa, here we go.
White as captain? Hope he knows not to antagonise the ref.
BTW, does anyone know which Queenslander will get picked to ref our match this weekend?![]()

As captain do the refs have to consider his attempts at communicating...
Nic Berry?
Yes Williams is a massive out, very disappointing. I don't think the Wallabies players are allowed to play every game anyway so hopefully this counts as one of his rest games. Pasitoa time to shine, lets see how he goes.
I am not convinced with this strategy of playing with no replacement second rower, especially when our reserve front row can be a bit shakey. I guess Princep will move there but I don't think he is a lock. How come they aren't playing Josh Thompson, I thought he looked pretty good in pre season?

Interesting choice of Ekuasi and Harris on the bench . Prinsep to lock …. Not sure Sam Carter can go 80 .
