It appears (from my side of the country) that Neil Diamond's "Sweet Caroline" has become somewhat of a team victory song that gets played over the HBF Park PA system after a home win.
As a long-term fan of Neil Diamond, I have no issue with this.
I offer this as a suggestion that I doubt will take off, but there is no harm in trying.
When Neil sings "Good times never felt so good..." rather then the sea of blue chanting So good, So good, So good. Why not chant Go Force, Go Force, Go Force.
Anyway, just a thought.

I wanna tell you it’s gonna be okay. I wanna tell you that the windshield is bigger than the rearview mirror for a reason, because what’s in front of you is so much more important than what’s behind you."

Sweet Caroline gets played absolutely everywhere these days by every sports team on the planet.
It's been milked to death.

Mmm
I got a song been on my mind
And the tune can be sung, and the words all rhyme
Deedle-le, deet-deet-deet-deet, deet-deet, deedlee-doo
Though it don't say much, and it won't offend
If you sing it at school, they're liable to send you home
Never knowin' what you're showin'
Think you're growin' your own tea
Good Lordy
Let me hear that, get me near that
Crunchy Granola Suite
Drop your shrink and stop your drinkin'
Crunchy Granola's neat
Sing it out, alright
Da-da, da-oh
Da-da, da-da-da
Dee-dee, dumm
I know a man was outta touch
And he'd hide in a house, and he didn't say much
Deedle-le, deet-deet-deet-deet, deet-deet, deedlee-doo
And like a man with a tiger outside his gate
He not only couldn't relax, but he couldn't relate
Now he can, family man
Tried my brand, dig
Let me hear that get me near that
Crunchy Granola Suite
Drop your shrink and stop your drinkin'
Crunchy Granola's neat
Sing it out, alright
Da-da, dam
Pa-pa, da-da-da
Doo-doo-doom
Deedle-le, dum-dum
I'll have a double please

I'm not a fan of Caroline for EXACTLY THAT REASON.
I remember suggesting last year we use an Aussie singalong anthem instead and I think You're the Voice had a bit of traction on here.
However the choice was apparently player-lead and, knowing that several official Force-types keep an eye on these pages I can assume that, if the suggestion had merit, it would have been presented.
So I grit my teeth and sing Bup Bup Baaahh with everybody else.

Sad that no-one seems to remember that most Australian of bands any more, being Skyhooks. Given the history, could hardly improve on "Why Dontcha All Get..."
Yeah, but more amendable to making it "rucked" perhaps...
Sheesh..We've had this conversation before..
someone wrote a song just for us even before the Force were a twinkle in Stooke's eye..

but yes, fully support having an aussie song played
My criteria was
1 Already a singalong or response type song
2 Aussie in origin (band or songwriter)
Ones that met that friteria (IMHO) were
Angels - Face
Farnsey - Voice
Barnsey - Working Class Man
Chisel - Khe Sanh
I thought that You're the Voice was a god pick, because it's easy to change words and mention the Force, but Caroline doesn't do that, so not a deal breaker.
