It's the line used, but apparently not by others.
Brumbies have Alaalatoa and Valetini to 2027 and two to 2026.
Reds have McDermott to 2027 and five to 2026.
Waratahs have Bell to 2027 and three to 2026.
And the Rebels have...

NZ are under the same broadcast deal-

Blues 1 x 2027 and 3 x 2026
Chiefs 1 x 2027 and 4 x 2026
Crusaders 3 x 2027 and 1 x 2026
Highlanders 2 x 2026
Hurricanes 1 x 2028, 4 x 2027 and 11 x 2026

So the only ones without players beyond 2025 are the Force, Drua and Moana (and Rebels... for accuracy...)

I doubt it Daz, but to be fair, there are 3.5 good tightheads on the market- Tupou, Pone F, Talakai and arguably Eloff.

I'd be happy with Eloff, I reckon he's about prime to hit his straps having served his apprenticeship and matured.
Appears to be around for the long haul, having not gone to Europe in the last couple of Rebels seasons on the Bench, so could be a great long term prospect.

I know not a tighthead but that kailea looks bloody good, I hope we are going hard for him along with one to two of the ones you mentioned
