Yes, but to date that contract meant playing for an NZ SR team or a sabbatical.
His next sabbatical is 2027, so it's not that.
So they must have made an exemption for Moana players.
Given the "workload" of their English Premier and Top14 contemporaries, I don't think he'll have a problem with that.

On the contrary, I think its a great move.

A marque player like Ardie will attract more Pasifika Players to take the Moana rather than Europe route so that they may have the potential opportunity to play with him.

The alternative view is that he takes the spot of a capable player with less experience who can have exposure to the next level of rugby in preparation for representing Samoa or Tonga, rather than New Zealand.

Moses ALO-EMILE, 24, Prop, extends his contract with Paris (FRA) by 4 years until 2028 , source Le site officiel de Paris

"Little" brother of Paul, 1.87 m and 130 kg...
Hopefully France or Samoa don't peg him in those four years and Australia can tempt him back for the new generation of Props needed post 2028.
Slips or Allan might have retired by then...

    Yep, big success...

Ollie MCCREA, 19, Lock, leaves the Waratahs (AUS) to sign with Paris (FRA)

What would Australia want with a 119kg, 6'6" 19 year old???

He's been sent to develop his power game before they bring him back to the Tahs on a squillion dollars a year.

Davit NINIASHVILI, Fullback, 22, leaves Lyon (FRA) to sign with La Rochelle (FRA)

Now THAT would have been a marque signing for the Force!

The big list is interesting but the relevant list is the one for Super Rugby:
    https://all.rugby/transfers/super-ru...oogle_vignette

48 signings for 11 SRP franchises:

Waratahs now have the most (27%) - 13 total with 7 ex Rebels .
Western Force (21%) - 10 total with 3 ex Rebels
    Reds (10%) - 5 total - all ex Rebels
    Brumbies (4%) - 2 total - all ex Rebels

17 total ex Rebels - 33% of total sign-ons to date to SRP.
    Remaining 7 franchises (38%) - 18 total with 0 ex Rebels

Respectfully, that may well be, but this thread was started and is about "the big list".
    There's coverage on SR elsewhere.
