Maybe it was just who won first, but the first I recall hearing the "Ain't no party..." bit was after a Women's match.
Didn't notice it last year, but could have been ready to go for first Men's win, dunno.

Need to get the Albany Shantymen or a couple of local community choirs attending (and dotted around the stadium) to get the crowd into it, “FORCE” is tough to get going and does fade quite quickly these days.

Caroline was simply a case of piping it over the speakers after a win when people weren't dashing for the train and the crowd did the righty.

The same would happen with any of the singalong anthems.

Much harder to pull off, but would be awesome to have a crowd "in defeat" song to sing to the team.
The one that comes to mind for my always is Bill Withers' "Lean on Me".
Same thing as Gigs above, just play it and over time people will sing it.
Bit like for at least a decade (or two) Club Bay View closing each night with Frank Sinatra, "New York, New York" with 1000 pissed youths singing and dancing along...

Great idea, I guess the problem would be that most punters, once the final whistle blws, then to bolt for the door.

If you could get it to happen though I think it would be awesome, something to encourage the punters to hang around and thank the players for fighting the good fight.
