Sound like Tizz's time in the NH playing semi professional was a really good grounding for him. Sounds like a large part of the reason he's making the most of his super rugby lifeline back home.
Tess dropped a not so cryptic clue about HQ talking to "NH playing props, when they become available". No mind reading needed there I reckon!

Carlo seems really switched on. Talked a about the lack of mind set against the Rebels. Glad that at least he gets it.
