Great interview, he is open and honest and is always willing to talk rugby.

I was lucky enough to get to spend a few minutes with him on Sunday and chat at the Super W game.

I can vouch that he actions his talk about engaging with us in the rugby community and growing the game. He had just got off the plane from Sydney, picked up his kids and made his way to the game and yet still took the time to engage with me in a rugby conversation.

We scrum for posession, run for the try zone, bleed for the team and live for the game

He's certainly taken a lot on!

He definitely understands the WA landscape on and off the field. A lot of incoming crew have invested their families futures in this great state. Really good to hear that acknowledged, supported & hopefully reciprocated by the majority of the organisation!

I can accept short term pain for long term gain.....

(but I will bitch about it regularly)

I enjoyed that. Great to see Rodda on the mend. Don't rush it! I was left wondering if he always talks that fast, and why the other blokes started doing the same. I was out cycling and had to really focus to keep up

Pretty alarming to hear about the incident with poor Jake as well.

If he had stayed down Swinton would have got what he deserved. Getting back up as he did shows his commitment to the cause. But, also shines some light in to the dark corners of the whole concussion issue.

    Hope he's ok
