Ryan McCaulley has withdrawn so that he does not risk his English eligibiity and Michael McDonald did the same not to risk his Irish eligibility.
James Tuttle from the Rebels added to the squad as scumhalf as Fines is still injured.

Wow England and Ireland have a lot of depth so that sounds like a risk. Are they both at the Force next year.
I don't know how they qualify and they are within their rights; but I've never liked the criteria extending beyond parents. Particularly in comparison with how hard it's been to re-qualify for a lower tiered home nation. The Mungos are even worse in their desperation to run "world" cups.
P.S. After all his troubles, it was refreshing to see Jack De Bellin decline approaches from PNG this week, saying he'd feel like a fraud as well as denying a legitimate player a chance to go to the UK. His qualification - a maternal Granny happened to be born there with no PNG heritage.
