Force's Koteka ruled out for the season

Just checked and koteka is still under contract for all of next season as well so hopefully he can come back and make an impact and the year off has helped with all injuries etc.

He can start training in June and play in August so hopefully some end of season games are lined up or send him to NPC for off season

Wonder if he could get into it with the Eagles/Dockers to get the fitness on the up?
Is it a ban for any sport or just the sport the offence occurred in?
If he's going to be competitive he'll need to go the extra yard to get back up to speed.

I'm having trouble reconciling this sanction. The range for this type of offence is a reprimand up to a 2 year maximum. So, after accepting his mitigating circumstances, they have effectively given him a 2 season suspension. In reality it's the maximum despite the nominal 18 months.
