This could be an awesome round in Melbourne

Education is Important, but Rugby is Importanter!
So looks like the following opponents:
Rebels x 2
Waratahs x 2
Brumbies x 2
Hurricanes x 2
Reds
Chiefs
Blues
Crusaders
Drua
Moana
Some other stats (only looked at Aussie teams)
Rebels have the fewest home game turnarounds (play at home in consecutive weeks) with 1, that encompasses a bye
Brumbies and Tahs have 3
Longest stay at home for all Aussie teams is 2, but some back onto a bye
Longest run of games away from Home is Force with 3 on our NZ tour (hard to complain about that, it saves on travel)
Total distance travelled was hard to calculate without knowing where the drua are playing, but with the assumption that they are playing in Sydney, and assuming that teams on a bye won't travel to get home, they'll stay away and go direct to their next location
Force 33,685 km
Rebels 22.176 km
Reds 21,406 km
Brumbies 19,827 km
Tahs 15.466 km
Even if the drua played in Brisbane (about 730 km) or Canberra (246 km) it wouldn't make much of a difference to the luxury travel that the Tahs experience, they have a bye before playing the drua and then travel to the reds.
The Tahs travel a total of 2891 km in the first 10 rounds of the competition! the Force nearly match that in round 2 and have 4 times that amount in Round 4
Brumbies and Tahs have a leg up (yet again) and the Rebels have been shafted (apart from hosting every game in Round 2, which will see the stadium filled with people from outside Melbourne) The Force travel is simply a fact of life, but it would be nice to have another set of back to back home games to make up for the extra mileage we rack up.

Ah that's a shame, I was hoping to see the two Pacific teams playing in Perth, especially the Drua
Japan and the Pacific Islands for Aussie Super 9's!
Let's have one of these in WA! Click this link: Saitama Super Arena - New Perth Stadium?
Only looked at 3 Aus teams. Force and Rebels have 3 games in NZ, Waratahs have 2.
I mean with an odd number of NZ teams, 50% of Aussie teams will have 3 away games and 50% will have 2, It's luck of the draw who
It does seem that, whenever there's a luck of the draw option, we end up unlucky though!
Brumbies have 3, reds have 2
Reds don't travel to NZ until round 10!

Can't wait for the new season.
I'm feeling the calling for a 2 week/3 game NZ beak in March and a last game visit to family in Melbourne.
There used to someone on this site who used to put all the fixtures onto a link so you could put them all into your calendar.
Is that genius still around?
May the FORCE be with you!
So Fiji's home games are still TBC. It's been announced they will base at Lennox Head. So I suppose Robina Stadium might be on the radar.
If you assume they'll be in Australia, I would have thought Western Sydney based on where they might get most support.
