O'Keefe should be called in for a video review of some of his foul play decisions in NZ during SR and ordered to explain the glaring disparity.

Perhaps we was, and this is his reaction?

You may be right. In any event I'm getting pretty tired of hearing referees saying no mitigation when there clearly is. Often.

What I love most about this game, other than how marvellous winning with a man down for 75 minutes, is that I had $2.50 on Tupou as last try scorer at 51:1. Didn't see any odds from Ravi......

Hope you reneged on that. I'd hate to see Ben O'Keefe lose his arse-clown of the week trophy.

That was a cracker of a game. Almost ruined by some disappointing officiating.

It sure was. Impressive as the resilience was, the ability to adapt and play Plan B, after losing both wingers in the first few minutes was equally so. Even with that, the Tate-Lolesio-Paisami-Ikitau combo still looked promising.

Isn't it nice to have a Coach with a Plan B?

I went and had another look at the high tackle law after the match.

Did anybody realise that any tackle, where contact is made to the head is foul play regardless of circumstances? Therefore O'Keefe was absolutely correct in his application of law with regards to red carding koroibete.

I am at a loss to explain why he didn't penalise the hundreds of other incidental head contact tackles in the game.

In breaking news, Lachie Swinton plays a full game of rugby without being carded.

Also, everyone seems to be ignoring that Koroibete's 'tackle' was a shoulder charge. His right arm was inside and had no chance of making the tackle.

Just saw a tweet from some bloke called Sam Bruce stating that 691k people watched the Test last night on channel 9.

Would be keen to see the Stan numbers.

No he wasn’t correct re his decision. Don’t bring your anti Wallaby into this discussion.
