Nearly spat my drink out from the shock of Morgan T. in Stan commentary say the Force not being up to trans Tasman level!! Um hello one blow out and kept all matches close!! Not sure who is to standard looking at 23 to 2 - well unless the Tahs win 😂

I might be wrong but I think he said they were not up to standard in the first year but have improved, Or something like that

    Several already.
Its so frustrating to watch. I actually cracked a sad and did a couple of chores at half time. I watched the second half a bit later but it's hard to appreciate a fightback after they threw the first 40 out the bloody window.

A better second half showing but you can't let any team in the world get out to a 28 point lead and expect to win.

Unfortunately our centre pairing are in a hiding to nothing. Our attack when we go wide is extremely predictable and TK is consistently getting the ball 10 metres behind the gain line with multiple defenders in his face.

It's the bullshitters' go to - "taken out of context". But IIRC he was talking about the team's progression from not winning last year, improving in SR Au in 2020, not quite up to NZ standard now but expected to improve again in 2022.
    Fairly accurate I'd say.

Callan was very good again last night (although probably looks more like a 6 or 7 than an 8) and Macdonald also looked good with the limited time he got. They seem like 2 local boys we can build around in the coming years.

IIRC Tony Johnson & Co gave FLW the. Mom too.
Now if only he'd stop saying Kane is a son to Paul Koteka.

Couldn't agree more! I just watched the game and our forwards consistently competed against some pretty awesome All Black monsters only to be let down by 3 blokes in the backs who have not been flash for us all year, Prior ,McIntyre, Godwin. I reckon i counted at least 6 turn overs that Ian stood there and pretty much watched the ball being pilfered, McIntyre i think took it to the line once and Kyle several times this week and last week stymied the attack.
One thing that really irks me is 15 men against 14 and Prior kicks the farken thing when we're down by 15 points with 9 mins to go. Its like these blokes are too shit scared to have a punt on themselves. We've got a world cup winning halfback on the bench and he gets 5 farken minutes!
For years we've been too bloody conservative and content with only getting beaten by a little, but atleast we tried hard!

Echo your thoughts on McIntyre boof, I was screaming at the TV for him to stop throwing hospital passes just so he doesn't get tackled and then Miotti came on and did exactly the same thing.

I wondered whether it was part of the system they put in place for the match
