Western Force have revealed their new training kit for next season’s Australian Super Rugby and trans-Tasman tournaments.

The kit has been designed by international sportswear company O’Neills, who will manufacture and supply the playing, training, travel and supporter wear.

“As we enter a bright new chapter in the club’s history we’re thrilled to be partnering with an international brand that places emphasis on high quality and high performance,” Force head of commercial operations David Pitts said.

“O’Neills boast a strong rugby pedigree with rich experience in the industry and we can’t wait to show our fans the new look and feel ahead of the season.”

O’Neills sales manager James Muir said the company was thrilled to partner with the Force.

“We consciously chose to partner with the Force as we want to be part of their ambitious journey back into top flight rugby union in Australia, where they belong,” he said.

“The professional and grassroots sporting clubs we partner with in Australia and New Zealand have strong and successful values that clearly align with our own, and the Western Force is no exception.”

I agree - boring! Hopefully the playing kit is better. Will need to be an absolute cracker to beat Paladin’s design last year though!

Each to their own, I suppose. I like the middle T. And will likely buy one.

Paladin was brilliant - I asked if they would do Western Force gear for me in FatBoy size and they didn't bat an eyelid - they said Yes and didn't even charge me extra. Impressive.

So they've turfed an Australian apparel provider for an Irish one and that's the kit they come out with.

Calling it average would be a compliment.

The guy at Paladin has always been really helpful & accommodating, & is a big Force fan. Wonder why they’re not using them now?

Unlikely as they don’t sell well enough, apparently. Hopefully O’Neills will be as accommodating as Paladin were by allowing us to place special orders. Somehow I doubt it though :-(

The Perth skyline ones in the training top and the captains run also high on my list.

Also liked the Brisbane 10s jersey busy but liked all the Perth references. https://www.prodirectrugby.com/produ...ti-165125.aspx

    All of those are BLK.

Since they took over the Brumbies’ kit sponsorship they have been selling the jerseys at under $100 which is great. $150 is a stupid price.
