On NBN Basic. Don't seem to have any problems with 2 devices streaming at once.

I, actually reeally regret Fox being such bad value now. Not worth the fees on top of Stan and Netflix. It WAS a great 1 stop shop for heaps of sports. Part victim of technology and part Covid.

Where will the cuts be made, the usual suspects are already trimmed to the bone
    Nothing for Development Officers
Already next to nothing for the Community Game
Very little does direct to State Unions
Shute Shield pay for themselves (somehow)
Women's Rugby is not professional, so costs next to nothing
Sevens is an Olympic sport, I wouldn't be surprised if that was funded solely by the AusGOV funding, with RA putting not a single cent in (probably taking what they can get away with out TBH)

I don't see much else that can be slashed apart from Elite Junior Programs, the optimistically named High Performance Unit, Player Salaries and the high cost of treating executive managers and board personnel like royalty.

I can't imagine any of that will be hit too hard, so surely the players are the ones who will get the shitty end of the stick.
We won't actually know where we end up until the international component is finalised. Much of the last deal was bolstered by that and the revenue share agreement between each Union.

Interesting choice of words "overall benefit to the sport worth $100 million over the initial three-year period." How much of that will be "in-kind" and non-cash benefits?

Keep checking back, their coverage is growing.

Edit - just saw Yallingup. You could ask the Node One guys if NBN Satellite is an option.

Node One doesn't or the NBN doesn't? You should be able to get NBN Satellite from another ISP providing you can get a dish to point to the satellite, which might be a problem if you're in a hollow or forest (or both in parts of Yallingup). Good luck.

If I spend an extra $30 I can up my Download speed to 215MB/s

or an extra $70 download speed to 250mb/s - It doesn't add up and I don't get it either. But that's Telstra for you.

NRL unfazed after oldest rival becomes new stablemate. (Bloody Mungos!)

They’ve been rivals in Australia for 112 years but the NRL has welcomed becoming a stablemate of Rugby Australia, whose chairman Hamish McLennan said on Tuesday the two codes now had a shared opportunity to take on AFL.

Rugby will be shown on Nine and its new Stan Sport streaming service from 2021 as part of a three-year contract worth about $38 million a year in cash and contra.

    Jaysus!

What do you need those speeds for?

I'm on NBN 50 with iiNet and that seems to be good for streaming and some gaming.
