Good to see RugbyWA make a profit after the nightmare last year. Hopefully with the force back we will once again see increased participation numbers in rugby in this state.

I liked the Strategic plan. The targets were realistic and achievable with the exception of possibly 5.7 - No of Rugby Australia Board members, 1

I would have liked to see a drop in fees for juniors. We need to get it down to the levels paid by Brisbane juniors if we are going to compete with AFL.
But still, it's great that we even still have rugby in this state thanks to the hard work and generosity of everyone at Rugby WA and Minderoo!

I would be happy if there was a concerted effort to purchase the Western Force IP from Rugby Australia.

In a perfect world that would be nice.

Let's get realistic about this. Rugby Australia have less money then I do

RugbyWA sold the IP for $800k.

It could well be argued that as Western Force is no longer a part of SuperRugby. The value of the IP would have reduced exponentially.

I believe that if Mr. Forrest attempted to purchase the IP - RugbyAustralia would attempt to get as much money out of him as possible.

If RugbyWA did the negotiations in public. I am betting RugbyWA would get a fairer, more realistic price.

The aim of the game is to return the Western Force IP to its rightful owners.

As much as we would like to get it done for $1.00 - that obviously ain't going to happen.

Yeah and they lied to the Senate Committee in the Government response to the Inquiry about returning it.

    My point exactly

We cant expect on or rely on Andrew Forrest to be there with his checkbook every single time there is a hiccup or a problem.
