I was thinking that I wasnt going to make chat next week I have to close at work then I realised it is show day so I have 4 hours to make it home and onto the computer so I will be fine. And as for bringing a friend I brought evie weeks ago and now everyweek I have to remind her that it is wednesday and chat night so does she count because I cant really think of anyone else that I really want to be talking to for that long?
And for the record I didnt fire half the staff I only terminated 1 of them...

What's the IR rules?
Industrial relations, he basically wants everyone to work anytime for no penalties, and if they don`t they can be sacked with no recourse for getting their job back. In other words, he is making it easy to hire and fire people so the government looks like it has created more jobs, when in fact it hasn`t done f all, except ruin peoples careers. If you have been with the same company for twenty years, tough sh*t...sacked, no arguments, look at the boss the wrong way, sacked......you get the idea....

For the record I actually had a valid reason for terminating him. If he was continually going ot turn up for the wrong shift or just not turn up at all then he was absolutly no use at all to me.
Not quiet Larry it was done over the phone. But on saturday it was in person...
And coach your lucky you got my address right the post man would have gotten just a little bit confused trying to return them to you with that senders address.
