I hear the Polish Pope might make a comeback.

After all, he's still playing in Heaven, and he was his country's fullback before WW2.

Does that necessarily stop him from signing?

Yes if he wants to play in the RWC.

My guess on the AB would be Kaino.

World Series Rugby could become top dog, says Western Force signing Jaque Fourie

Star Western Force signing, former Springbok centre Jaque Fourie, believes World Series Rugby is a threat to the future of Super Rugby.
The Force’s seven-match WRS season kicks off next Friday night against Fiji at nib Stadium and Fourie says it will produce an exciting style of rugby with new laws expected at the scrum and line-out designed to turbo-charge the game with more points for long-range tries and kicks.
“Super Rugby is becoming a little bit watered down and we need something new and exciting,” Fourie said.
“We need it just like cricket has the IPL, to attract the spectators again. Back home in South Africa the stadiums are empty.
“In the next few years, it (WSR) will be a force to be reckoned with.”

Not sure what our depth at hooker is but James Parsons doesn’t seem to have a SR club that I could see.

    He has a disabled son.

Jaque Fourie will be happy to read that the Stormers beat the Rebels 34-18.

If done right, with exciting games, local talent in the teams and a succinct format, I certainly think so.
