    What to do this year

Happy new year everyone, long time no post.

So I've moved down to Geetroit to further my studies at Deakin, and was crushed with what happened to the force.

Now that I'm down here I'm torn though, one hand you have the Melbourne Force, but the history behind it breaks my heart. I'm really being stupid and seeing this as an either/or situation, do I support the players who moved over, or the team that died?

How is everyone else planning for this year regarding (not so) super rugby?

Anything above the Perth local competition is dead to me.

Mostly ignore it. Attend a Force W game if we get one, be nice to the guys who went to the Brumbies if they end up at training. That's about it, really. Heart's not in it, and I have too much other stuff on to do anything out of obligation.

Just watching Exeter V Leicester. Half time they had an ad for 2018 Super Rugby. Went for a couple of minutes trying to explain the structure. Fuggin joke. Thank f@ck I like RL.

Rugby is dead to me. There's a possibility of resurrection if the IPRC gets up, or something like it.

Force W maybe, but even that's a long shot since it would involve sending money to rats arse.

My Rugby plans for 2018 is to watch whatever Force exhibition matches are on. Watch the Perth Spirit in the NRC and watch the IPRC come together

I’m focusing all my efforts on ensuring that rugby in WA continues to go from strength to strength by backing community rugby, the Perth Spirit and the IPRC (if it happens) to the hilt.

I’ll also be following the Aviva Prem, Six Nations, and England’s preparation for next year’s RWC.

Sadly, anything else is now just white noise for me.

Super Rugby died with the Force! I now watch the aviva premiership and follow my old team Wasps and will support any team playing the Wallabies!

Started out in typical fashion, very busy around the park, hitting rucks like a runaway freight train. Back to leading with his head though - thought he was over that. Looked a bit short of a run after half time. Their scrum struggled a bit early considering he has Dan Cole at TH.

Will continue to stay up to watch Aviva leading up to the 6N combined with Top14. With these two competitions, you're bound to see more Australian players with ball in hand time than if you watched Super Rugby ...
The of course, there's still club rugby in WA which I will head out to every week to watch the various match-ups given the new structure.
If/ When the Super W takes off, will watch those games too ... as long as their not given second rate times/venues to the club rugby!
So, lots to look forward to from my perspective.
