Doing a bit of on-line newspaper browsing tonight and ended up on The Age mobile site. There are 21 Rugby pieces and 40 NRL available. None about the Rabble. 1 about the Storm - last seaso's premiers. Way to go Rats Arse.

That's interesting Shasta, and if you look on The Age's Union page and go back over the past week there are more stories about the Brumbies than anyone else - Rebels are mentioned less than 5 times https://www.theage.com.au/sport/rugby-union

Probably syndicated articles from the Canberra Times who write up several articles a day on the Brumbies.

Brett Papworth was on Bill and Boz on Foxsports a few mins ago he mentioned that the RA spent more than 900 million in a decade. That is more than what Alan Jones came up with when he tore strips off de Clyne.

So they've obviously spent more on the Rebels than we know about!

The scary thing is that the Rabble existed for 7 of those 10 years.

Papworth stated that the RA spent 125 million on the professional game last year. There is sweet fa left for the grassroots.

Twiggy' money could come real handy.

8 weeks on and no one is the wiser, either they are guilty or their not, what's the hold up or will it just fade away over time.

Wests Scarborough 1st Grade juggernaut has played finals rugby each and every year since its inception and continues this remarkable feat yet again this season and unbelievably it's still rolling on and as an added little circle jerk for the masses Wests actually hold the record for the current longest unbroken finals record.

I contacted Senator Reynolds a few days ago and it seems ASIC is still investigating. No idea how much longer it will take but I hope it’s worth the wait!

So is a long investigation a good sign or a bad sign?

For that matter, is this a long investigation or are we just impatient?

Personally, I think no news is good news as it indicates there is a lot of evidence to consider and that it isn’t an open and shut case.

I just hope Clyne isn't ringing around trying to get it stopped.

Of course he will be trying to get it stopped in just the same way as he went to Canberra and tried to stop the Senate Inquiry.

We shall certainly decide on the issue.... In due course. In the fullness of time. At the appropriate juncture. When the moment is ripe. When the requisite procedures have been completed. Nothing precipitate, you understand?
