Which takes me back to what I said the other month about how great it would be to watch 2 games of 7s and then a 15’s on one afternoon evening.
Even as apathetic as I am towards rugby at the moment I can still think of worse ways to spend a Saturday from say 3pm.

That would contradict the press release then - home and away rather than tournament format.

Annual Tournament for a Cup shared around the IPRC teams home grounds. Regular games for the 7 train/practice following the IPRC?

Sounds good. Dunno bout half time though, thats already utilised...

If the 7s and 15s travel and it’s the one “team” against the other for the 2/3 games it would be epic though. Have individual team ladders and then a union ladder based on who wins the most games overall.

Not saying the timing TIF suggested won't happen but you can't just say it's not an issue, it is something that needs to be taken into account.

That's up to the clubs and the respective union which is common. Both parties might decide to make a player develop through the 7s.

It is not uncommon for half time to go for 15 minutes. The team announcements has to happen soon so we can speculate

Beige pointed out that I missed a team if there is going to be men’s & women’s 7s & 15s.

But that’s actually even better because one more game per fixture means the beer taps turn on earlier! I’d be up for 2 x 7s and 2 x 15s games on the one afternoon!

I got all elaborate last night doing up what a day at the Rugby might look like, including Men's XV, Women's XV, Men's Under 20 XV, Men's 7s, Women's 7s, Men's Under 20 7s, even some local fixturing. Went from around midday to 8:45. It looked AWESOME!!!

Then my computer shit itself, did a restart and I lost everything...
You'll just have to dream on with me now...

Can’t remember where I read today something about Cheika brushing off Michael Lynagh in his offer to help with Wallabies? Anyone know what the story is?

Not sure if there's a fresh article, Cheika acted like a bold child when Lynagh tore them apart on Sky Sports during the Sydney farce. There was an article on the Roar about Cheika's reaction. Lynagh said on Twitter that he had tried to help out previously and they hadn't responded to him. Same response that Campo and Topo get. There's an opportunity for Twiggy to get them on board.

Topo was on The Roar earlier responding to Alan Allatooa's article which is worth the read.
